NEW! CubeTree Editions

There are two NEW Editions of CubeTree, Basic and Premier that replace the previous three tiered Basic, Professional and Enterprise Editions. As with our previous offering, the Basic edition is free of charge.

Both CubeTree Editions:

• include microblogging, link and photo sharing, and groups delivered on a robust administration and security framework
• are accessible on a wide variety of desktop and mobile clients including iPhone and BlackBerry.
• can be stand-alone or integrated with other modules from the SuccessFactors Business Execution Suite.

The CubeTree Premier Edition includes business content and collaboration functionality including file sharing and social documents, wikis, blogs, integrations and access to the CubeTree API.

NEW! Integration with the SuccessFactors' Business Execution Suite

For customers that are using or deploying other modules from the SuccessFactors suite, CubeTree can be configured to use the existing profile data and single sign-on infrastructure. 

This integration leverages the user profile data to deliver built in adoption features which will quickly engage your employees and accelerate the benefits that social collaboration tools bring to the workplace. This new integration provides:

• Easy CubeTree Access – Connect to CubeTree directly from your SuccessFactors’ Home page without providing additional user and password information.
• Accelerated Social Graph – Automatically follow your colleagues up and down your organization structure and receive recommendations to follow your peers and users in the same office location.
• Instant Availability – There is no need to wait for people to join. Users are instantly provisioned so you can invite them to groups, locate them in the directory or send them direct messages. The complete corporate directory is also available on all the mobile devices making it easy to contact your colleagues.
• Use Email to Engage Users – Draw users into the conversations via email notifications about items of interest. Context is provided in the email as well as links so they can quickly access CubeTree.

This is an opt-in enhancement that can be enabled immediately for the Basic Edition (free microblogging capabilities) by contacting SuccessFactors Customer Success. If you wish to take advantage of the Premier Edition functionality, please contact your SuccessFactors Sales Representative.

When either Basic or Premier Edition of CubeTree is enabled, users can access CubeTree directly from their SuccessFactors Home page.
