To help reduce the risk that your data maintained in SuccessFactors is exposed when a user loses their phone or leaves their phone unattended, we have added the ability for the Site Administrator to require a 4 digit passcode. This security passcode provides a secondary, easy to use method of authentication that ensures only the owner of the device can access their SuccessFactors account through BizX Mobile on their device.
When the mobile security passcode is enabled:
- Each user that has mobile access enabled will be required to set a Security Code on their mobile setup page.
- A 4-digit passcode must be entered every time a user opens BizX mobile or when the device times out.
- Users who lose or forget their code can reset it from their SuccessFactors account on the web.
This feature is available to Integrated customers, and Site Admins can opt-in to activate the feature. To enable the security passcode, go to SuccessFactors Admin > Company Settings > Mobile Options > Mobile Passcode /Security Pin.
Existing BizX Mobile Users
