Jodi Hayes-Roth serves as Vice President of Global Cloud HCM Customer Support at SAP SuccessFactors. Prior to joining SAP in June 2016, she led Global Service Delivery for NGA for 5 years. Jodi has 20+ years leading service, technical and operations teams that have delivered significant improvements in customer experience and productivity. She also has 15+ years’ experience in the design, implementation and management of creative business solutions and practices. Jodi holds a Bachelor’s of Science from The Ohio State University and an MBA from DeSales University.
